Refund policy
Every pickup is custom hand wound to order. This makes each and every one custom. We always want you to be happy and satisfied with your pickups. You can return; however, you will be responsible for return shipping (except warranties). We offer two options on returns.
- You can pay a 25% restock/Testing/refurbish fee for refund.
- Accept 100% in Store credit towards different set.
Conditions on Returns:
- Pickups must be in functional "good as new" condition
- Pickups must be returned in original cases/boxes (where applicable)
- You are responsible for paying return shipping
- Once received we test and notify you of results.
- By purchasing you have agreed to these terms
Warranties:
- Contact us for return shipping label to be issued
- Warranty does not include abuse, neglect, or poor/wrong installations - If this is determined cause of failure you will be notified, and you can decide if you want me to repair at a quoted repair cost.
- Warranties are repair/replacement only (Our choice based on problem)
- Warranty is 1 year against Defects. This does not include misuse, poor installation/soldering, removing covers or modding.
- Once repaired/replaced we will ship back to you.
Please note usually failures are due to incorrect installation. Please see wiring diagrams/color codes, etc.
Please remember I am a small one-man operation. The fact that you have chosen to invest your hard-earned money into my work is very important and humbling to me. I do not take this lightly. However, I cannot afford to be sending stuff out for free, loan, testing, etc. The money earned from my pickups helps pay my medical bills. Thank you for your understanding and consideration.
